Reading the scorecards

The numbers on this page come from public Google data on the date shown, not from opinion or payment. Rating is the live Google star average, and review volume is how many guests have rated the spa compared with other San Antonio spas. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.8 from hundreds of guests carries more weight than a perfect score from a few. Recency tracks how recently people are still reviewing.

What does a spa visit cost in San Antonio? (2026)

We don’t have a verified local price range for spa services, so there’s no price table here. Cost depends on the treatment, the length of the session, add-ons such as hot stones or aromatherapy, and whether a deposit or membership applies. Ask for the menu price including any booking deposit before you reserve.
