5 Best Landmarks In Houston (2026)
1 Hermann Park logo

Hermann Park

4.75/5 26.942 Google reviews

Hermann Park is located in the heart of Houston, Texas, and is home to many of the city’s year-round attractions. When not exploring the museum, zoo, or theatre, a large expanse of lush grass, trails, and hills greets visitors warmly, no matter the season. Hermann Park is also the home for a multitude of celebrations, from kites to fun runs to concerts. Pet and picnic-friendly, Hermann Park is a great place to hang out with family and friends alike. The only noticeable challenge we’ve consistently had with the park is its parking and traffic. Hermann Park’s festivals bring lots of people to the park, so I recommend getting there with enough time to look for the limited parking spots. All in all, Hermann is a definite visit for the entire family and a great way to spend your weekend or break.
