Tabchilli
Tabchilli is an Al Quoz fermented-foods producer that also runs hands-on fermentation workshops, teaching guests to make their own kimchi, sauerkraut, and hot chilli sauce from scratch, alongside dedicated kombucha and sourdough-focused sessions. Founder Maher leads the workshops personally, walking participants through the history and science of fermentation before the hands-on portion begins.

Our take: The deepest review base on this page, and a genuinely different kind of cooking class if you want a food-science angle rather than a standard culinary lesson.
